Brisbane Australia was the birthplace and the place where my parents were raised. The daughter of a British father. Clemens started working in Australian television while at high school. The actress was featured in Blue Water High's 2006 episode as Juliet. Then in 2007, Alison starred in Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji which was a kids' television show. Clemens played Harper in Love My Way, a Showtime drama in the in the same year. In the same role, she was nominated to receive the Graham Kennedy Award at the Logie Awards 2008 for Most Outstanding New Talent. Clemens was on screen with Sigrid Xavier of Xavier Sigrid Cropper Andrew McFarlane and Linda Cropper in Dream Life 2008, starring MTV Networks Australia. In 2009, she was the model for Jan Logan's jewelry. Clemens moved to Los Angeles California. Clemens was in the role of Xandrie in the film Wasted on the Young. Clemens appeared in Camilla Dickinson (2012) together with Gregg Sulkin Cary Elwes Samantha Mathis. The show was an adaptation of the 1951 novel of the same name by young-adult fiction author Madeleine L'Engle.She played the role of a teenage Heather Mason in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. The movie was inspired by the survival horror video game Silent Hill 3 and was a sequel to the film Silent Hill.That year, Clemens was also in a leading role as the young suffragette Valentine Wannop in Parade's End a television mini-series adaptation from The Ford Madox Ford tetra-logy co-produced by HBO and BBC Two. Clemens played the role in 2012's terror film, No One Lives starring Luke Evans. Additionally, she was a part of The Great Gatsby based upon F. Scott Fitzgerald's same-named novel. She played Catherine her sister Myrtle Wilson played by Isla Fisher. Clemens plays the role in Rectify 2013 a tv miniseries directed by Ray McKinnon. She plays Tawney Telbot. The actress will be joined by Natalie Dormer Stephen Graham and Zachary Quinto in the independent drama The Girl Who Invented Kissing.
