Annmarie Fairweather has been the HR Chief for Learning Ally since 2008. She oversees all our practices for people, management of people along with Talent Management and Culture Development. Annmarie Fairweather is an experienced Human Resources Leader with over thirty years of experience. She worked with top executives in diverse industries in order to enhance the business results, especially in times of rapid growth. As a consultant in translating business and human strategies into strategic goals for companies and plans have been a part of organizational and performance planning as well as employee engagement, and change management. She is passionate about learning, and believes that the development of teams and leaders as the key competitive advantages. Her experience in working for Fortune 500, small companies as well as mid-sized companies has enabled her create environments of learning and innovation that positively impact teams and individuals. As Annmarie continues to invest her talents and time to helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she is currently providing support for a variety of non-profit organisations in her spare time. This includes being a participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women grow as leaders by providing education for the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional member association that is based in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, networking and advocacy specifically for hotels in the healthcare industry and also helping to support Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national committed to ending the addiction crisis in the United States in educating communities to support those who are suffering from the diseases of addiction.
